The inaugural Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival will take place from March 15 to March 19, 2023, at Atlantis Paradise Island. This five-day event will feature world-class chefs, master sommeliers, mixologists, and notable TV personalities, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Atlantis' white sand beaches and crystal blue waters.
One of the festival's distinguishing features is that it will feature not only international talent, but also local and regional chefs and restaurants, providing a true taste of the Bahamas. In addition to food and drink, the resort will host music performances, exclusive dinners, beachside parties, culinary demonstrations, and family-friendly activities.
Atlantis Paradise Island, the Caribbean's only destination with three Michelin-starred chefs, is poised to become the region's ultimate culinary destination. The Taste of Paradise tasting event will feature JJ Johnson, Alon Shaya, Andrew Zimmern, and other celebrity chefs; Celebrity Chef Wine Lunches and Dinners hosted by Alex Guarnaschelli, Aarón Sánchez, Michael White, and Andrew Zimmern; a family-friendly Ice Cream Social with Duff Goldman; and the Jerk Jam, which will celebrate the iconic Caribbean flavor. A sophisticated Champagne tasting in The Royal Tower's famous Bridge Suite; a late-night Sugar & Spice event at The Cove Pool with pastry chef Duff Goldman and DJ Kim Lee; and a taco and tequila fiesta with Aarón Sánchez and festival mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim.
Aside from the Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival, Atlantis Paradise Island has announced a number of multimillion-dollar renovations and new partnerships throughout the resort. These include the renovation of The Royal Towers and the redesign of the Atlantis Casino. As it celebrates its 25th anniversary, the resort is committed to providing guests with stunning accommodations, innovative cuisine, and extraordinary experiences.
The proceeds from the Nassau Paradise Island Wine & Food Festival will benefit the Atlantis Blue Foundation, which is dedicated to saving marine wildlife and their endangered habitats in the Bahamas and Caribbean seas. Attending this festival will allow you to not only enjoy world-class food and drink, but also to support a worthy cause.
