Whether you're dealing with jet lag, feeling anxious about a new destination, or simply need some time to ground and center yourself, our meditations are designed to help you find inner calm and focus.

In addition to our meditation sessions, we also offer travel tips and resources to help you make the most of your travels. From packing lists to cultural insights, our resources are designed to help you travel mindfully and responsibly, with a greater awareness of the impact your travels have on the world around you.

Does it cost anything to attend? 

 

The Mindful Travelers Sangha does have expenses, such as maintaining our website. However, we are funded entirely through donations from those who choose to support the sangha financially. This practice is in accordance with the Theravada principle of dana, in which the Dharma is freely and generously offered with no expectation of payment or reward.
